Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle client inquiries and facilitate a smooth experience during all phases of interior design projects. This role involves assisting clients with questions, liaising with internal teams, managing appointment schedules, and communicating updates on project status.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries through multiple channels including phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide assistance on project-related questions, design guidance, quotations, and service requests.
• Organize meetings and site visits linking customers and the design team.
• Collaborate with designers, project supervisors, and implementation teams to relay project progress promptly.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients about necessary approvals, payments, milestones, and feedback collection.
• Address customer issues courteously and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Keep detailed customer records and regularly update the CRM database.
• Strive for excellent customer satisfaction by delivering swift and respectful support.
• Compile daily reports on follow-ups and client interactions.

Candidate Qualifications and Eligibility

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Have between 6 months and 3 years of experience in customer support, service, or CRM, ideally within interior design, construction, or real estate sectors.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are also encouraged to apply.
