About the Role

We are recruiting Customer Support Executives for a Technical Voice Process with a prominent BPO client based in Mohali. This position involves handling customer calls, addressing queries, and delivering customer service in a professional and efficient manner. Both freshers and professionals with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, provided they possess good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and manage incoming customer calls effectively.
Resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and interactions.
Comply with organizational policies and process guidelines.
Achieve stipulated performance and service quality benchmarks.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Elementary understanding of telecalling and voice-based processes.
Customer service aptitude with problem-solving proficiency.
Basic computer literacy.

Eligibility

Candidates with education from undergraduate to graduate levels in any discipline.
Experience ranging from zero to three years; freshers are welcome.
Effective communication skills are mandatory.

Salary and Incentives

Monthly salary between INR 18,000 and INR 24,000.

Job Details

Work location: Mohali, India.
Shift timings include day shifts and rotational shifts.
Work schedule consists of 6 working days per week with 1 rotational off day.
Onsite work mode.
