Customer Support Executive

Overview

Tech Mahindra is hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive specializing in Banking Process at their facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This position involves handling domestic customer service operations primarily via phone communication to address and resolve customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through phone calls to resolve their queries efficiently
• Ensure quality service delivery within the domestic process framework

Candidate Requirements

• Age should be between 18 and 35 years
• Applicants must have completed graduation
• Basic proficiency in speaking Hindi and English is required

Working Schedule

• This role involves working five days a week
• Two weekly offs are provided on a rotational basis; off days may not necessarily fall on Saturdays or Sundays

Additional Information

• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Salary ranges from 13,000 to 15,000 INR per month based on experience
