Job Summary
VGM Consultant Pvt Ltd is actively seeking Customer Support Executives for an urgent recruitment drive. This role involves working in a voice-based customer support process at the office location in Kolkata.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via voice process effectively.
- Provide clear and courteous communication to customers in designated languages.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Proficiency in Hindi and either Bengali, Assamese, or Oriya languages.

Compensation and Benefits
- Basic monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 INR, depending on experience and documentation.
- Salary structure: 10,000 INR for freshers and 11,000 to 15,000 INR for experienced candidates relative to last drawn salary.
