Team Environment
As a member of our Client Services contact centre team, you will be welcomed into a collaborative community that emphasizes expert client support. Comprehensive training is provided from the start, utilizing classroom sessions, digital platforms, and practical coaching to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their inquiries professionally and empathetically via mainly phone, as well as email and written correspondence.
- Explain financial products in a clear manner and direct customers to useful resources and tools.
- Own each customer interaction, ensuring issues are fully resolved.
- Identify and escalate any risks, such as fraud or vulnerable customer situations.
- Manage complaints constructively to achieve timely settlements.
Candidate Profile
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- A willingness to develop professionally through ongoing learning opportunities.
- Strong listening abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable utilizing digital systems and motivated to learn new technologies.
- Collaborative attitude with a genuine desire to support others.
