Role Summary

  • Assess marketing campaigns and product launches in driving customer growth and loyalty.
  • Work alongside Digital Marketing to support ecommerce and marketing data analytics.
  • Identify data-driven opportunities to optimize marketing ROI and enhance customer engagement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility on customer and marketing performance metrics.
  • Simplify complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for merchandising, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Contribute to the establishment of standardized reporting frameworks and routine performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the customer database by collaborating with Technology and Platform teams.
  • Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and quality controls.
  • Partner cross-functionally for ongoing test-and-learn projects and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Three to five+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically in customer or marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise with customer databases and large-scale datasets.
  • Proficient in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis techniques.
  • Experienced user of Google Analytics as well as CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Skillful in data visualization and business intelligence platforms.
  • Advanced capabilities with Excel and familiarity with statistical analysis methods.
  • Background in e-commerce or digital-first business environments; fashion retail experience preferred.
