Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Vadodara location, handling inbound voice interactions for banking services. This position involves addressing customer inquiries and delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls specifically related to banking operations.
- Provide accurate and prompt responses to resolve customer questions and issues.
- Maintain high standards in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Record and update customer details and conversation notes in the system accurately.
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only.
- Completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent (12th pass or above).
- Open to fresh graduates and newcomers to the field.
- Good communication skills and fundamental computer proficiency are required.
Additional Information
- Location: Alembic, Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Salary: ₹15,500 per month (CTC).
- Working Hours: Evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
