Job Overview
We are seeking candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply. The role involves communication with customers primarily in English and Hindi.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants can be freshers or individuals with 6 months to 1 year experience as Customer Care or Customer Service Executives. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is essential.
Work Details
- Work Type: Work from Office (WFO) is mandatory.
- Working Days: Six days a week with one day off on a rotational basis.
- Shift: Rotational day shifts.
- No cab transport facilities provided.
Interview Process
- Interview Mode: Walk-in interviews only.
- Location of Interview: Silk Board, Bengaluru.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary Details
- Fresher CTC: 17,798 INR with a take-home of 16,700 INR per month.
- Experienced CTC: 22,863 INR with a take-home of 17,500 INR per month.
Additional Role: Muthoot Collection Executive
Another opportunity for a Collection Executive requiring average communication skills in English, Hindi, and any South Indian language. The experience and work conditions are similar to the Customer Care Executive role with slightly different salary figures (Fresher CTC 17,798 INR, take-home 16,700 INR; Experienced CTC 23,863 INR, take-home 18,500 INR).
