Position Overview

This role is aimed at individuals interested in custodial duties at Sam's Club in Jacksonville, Florida. Applicants who are already Walmart associates are encouraged to apply through their Workday account.

Work Schedule

The primary work shift involves overnight hours from midnight to midnight throughout the week. Various scheduling options may exist and will be elaborated upon during the interview.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Perform cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills in offices, restrooms, and warehouse areas.
• Manage cleaning supplies and tools by stocking, organizing, and maintaining janitorial closets and carts.
• Prepare and mix cleaning chemicals properly for effective use.
• Operate and upkeep floor maintenance equipment such as sweepers and scrubbers.
• Restock and maintain vending and soda machines.

Compensation and Benefits

• The hourly pay ranges from $21.40 to $24.90, adjusted to meet or exceed local minimum wage laws.
• Additional premium pay from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on factors like schedule, location, season, or specific job tasks.
