Role Overview
We are collaborating with a reputable private sector company to recruit a Credit Control Specialist to join their finance team. This pivotal role centers around managing credit risk, coordinating collections, and overseeing customer account performance for a substantial and active client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable activities including collection efforts and follow-ups.
- Pursue unpaid balances and issue communications for credit recovery.
- Evaluate and manage credit risk for both new and existing clients.
- Maintain and regularly review customer credit limits to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Address disputes promptly and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
