About the Role
Located in Los Angeles, CA, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement. We are seeking a perceptive Creative Strategist to join our team. This role bridges creative ideation, data-driven performance analysis, and practical execution to shape the evolution and scaling of paid media creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft comprehensive creative briefs that include ideation, persuasive copywriting focused on conversions, and visual guidelines to steer both designers and agency collaborators across paid media channels.
- Create engaging short-form video scripts and attention-grabbing hooks for paid advertisements, including user-generated and founder-led content.
- Maintain a balance between refining proven strategies and exploring innovative concepts to enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze metrics and test outcomes to make informed creative decisions about scaling, refining, or discontinuing content.
- Oversee the creative production workflow, working with designers and media buyers to ensure assets are accurately named, well-organized, and delivered punctually.
- Continuously monitor competitor activity and cultural trends to spot new opportunities and challenges in paid media.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years of experience creating performance-optimized creative content for paid media platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- Adept at interpreting performance metrics into actionable insights to drive creative direction; familiarity with motion graphics is advantageous.
- Skilled in developing compelling hooks, scripts, and messaging that effectively capture audience attention.
- Understanding of how creative content affects key performance indicators like click-through rate, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates, using these signals to guide iterative improvements.
- Proficiency in editing short-form video content using software such as CapCut or comparable tools.
- Highly organized, self-starting, and capable of managing several creative projects simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in wellness, storytelling, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Based locally in Los Angeles and able to commit to hybrid work requirements.
