About the Role

East Partnership is searching for a skilled Corporate Development Manager to drive major growth and capital strategies at a rapidly expanding company. This high-visibility role will work closely with executive leadership, including direct collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and Board, to manage and execute key capital allocation, M&A, and strategic partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer end-to-end management of mergers and acquisitions, from opportunity identification to due diligence and transaction completion.
  • Take the lead in capital raising activities including debt and equity funding, engaging lenders and investors, and crafting capital structures.
  • Oversee comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions and investments.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts, acting as a core liaison between the business and external advisors.
  • Support strategic decision making by synthesizing market trends, FP&A reports, and competitive intelligence for the executive team and Board.
  • Support both organic and inorganic growth strategies to align with the company’s long-range objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver board-level presentations on ongoing corporate development projects and capital activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Typically brings more than 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or corporate finance.
  • Robust expertise in financial modelling and valuation is essential, alongside practical exposure to structuring, analysis, and execution of capital initiatives.
  • Experience in debt and equity capital markets and a successful track record of transaction execution are highly valued.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline are required; credentials such as CFA or CA are a strong advantage.

Additional Information

  • This role offers broad exposure to capital markets, corporate finance functions, and close access to high-level strategic decision-making.
  • There is scope for high responsibility and partnering directly with top leadership.
