We seek a dependable and experienced Cook to join our team at a guest house in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh, safe, and appetizing meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for our guests. Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards is essential in this role.

Primary Duties

• Prepare and serve daily meals suited to guest preferences.
• Develop menus considering guest demands and ingredient availability.
• Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean and hygienic.
• Handle and store food items properly to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor and update kitchen inventory; notify management of supply needs.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and promptly report any repair requirements.
