Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain standards.
• Train kitchen staff on proper preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques.
• Order necessary kitchen supplies and equipment to support operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain inventory and accurate records of food items, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas adhering to hygiene standards.
• Overall management of kitchen operations and processes.
