Role Overview
The Content Publisher will be responsible for managing and updating content and documentation in various digital products. This role requires close coordination with stakeholders globally to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality, supporting product updates, feature launches, market communications, and localization efforts in a fast-paced digital and engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish and maintain content across multiple digital platforms.
- Oversee market documentation such as agreements, handbooks, policies, and operational materials.
- Coordinate localization and translation projects across international markets.
- Assist with digital product rollouts, feature introductions, and ongoing content enhancements.
- Maintain website content, including redirects, forms, FAQs, and other operational elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, engineering, design, marketing, and market representatives to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
- Track content effectiveness and contribute to improvement initiatives using data insights.
- Ensure consistent content standards, terminology, and tone across digital channels and customer interactions.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum five years of experience in content publishing, communications, or related roles supporting digital products.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
- Strong skills in copywriting, editing, and quality assurance of content.
- Adept at working with diverse stakeholders and managing deliverables across multiple teams.
- Experience collaborating with digital product, software development, or technology teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Capacity to assess content performance and leverage insights for continuous enhancement.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Digital Media, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, InDesign, or digital asset management systems.
- Experience managing localization or translation initiatives.
- Use of AI-assisted content creation technologies.
- Background in fitness, health, wellbeing, or membership sectors.
- Experience supporting digital products across global or multiple markets.
