Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is for a Consultant in Strategic Consultancy. The role focuses on delivering and supporting strategic real estate advisory work, such as market analysis, feasibility assessments, highest-and-best-use studies, and portfolio optimisation assignments. The consultant will evaluate data, build financial and valuation models, prepare polished reports and presentations, work alongside cross-functional teams, attend client discussions, and contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis for strategic real estate advisory projects.
- Support and lead assignments involving market studies, feasibility reviews, highest and best use analysis, and portfolio optimisation.
- Collect, interpret, and organise data to generate meaningful advisory inputs.
- Develop financial and valuation models to support recommendations.
- Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client meetings.
- Contribute to proposal preparation and initiatives that help grow the business.
- Keep up to date with Saudi and regional real estate markets, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical ability, with solid experience in data interpretation, financial modelling, and structured problem-solving.
- Background in strategic consulting, real estate advisory, or a closely related field, ideally with exposure to feasibility studies and market assessment work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with comfort using research tools, databases, and digital solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline; a master’s degree or professional qualification such as RICS is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a multicultural team, handle several projects at once, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of the Saudi and wider Middle East real estate landscape, regulations, and professional standards is a strong plus.
- High standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality client service.
