Role Overview
As a consulting team member, you will collaborate with some of the world’s leading minds on projects that reshape businesses, governments, and societies. Consulting assignments are dynamic and demanding, frequently conducted at client locations. Project duration, scale, and venue will vary depending on client needs, including international placements given BCG’s global presence.
For those joining directly from academia or with limited professional experience, expect to assist with diverse client engagements ranging from formulating integration strategies for pharmaceutical mergers to advancing sustainable agriculture in developing nations.
Experienced professionals or those progressing in their careers will specialize in one or more practice areas, potentially joining BCG’s expert consulting track that focuses on deep discipline- or industry-specific expertise. Throughout your progression, you will receive guidance from BCG mentors and participate in global learning programs tailored to your growth.

- A minimum of six years’ work experience at leading firms
- Exceptional academic achievements coupled with a strong record of extracurricular involvement
- Proficient research and analytical capabilities, with advanced Excel skills
