About the Company
Our company is a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience specializing in the execution and renovation of commercial spaces.
Job Responsibilities
- Requesting quotes from contractors, analyzing offers, ordering materials, and preparing material lists.
- Conducting technical and price negotiations with subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Preparing and verifying bill of quantities according to client specifications.
- Drafting cost estimates and calculating prices for construction work and materials.
- Securing and assessing price offers from contracted subcontractors.
- Organizing supplier tender processes.
- Coordinating activities within construction management.
- Checking completeness of work lists based on project documentation.
- Preparing documentation for project implementation teams.
- Collaborating in the preparation of comprehensive client cost proposals.
- Communicating with subcontractors.
- Participating in commercial negotiations.
- Working closely with project managers and site supervisors.
- Comparing suppliers using a standardized format.
Requirements
- Completed secondary or higher education in construction.
- Authorization in the field of building construction is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Experience with budgeting software such as RTS and Kros considered a plus.
- Technical mindset with attention to detail.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Self-reliant, responsible, precise, and dependable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to continue professional development.
- Valid driving license category B.
