Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction General Handyman to join our team. This position involves supporting construction managers and participating in various construction and maintenance activities essential to the development of our resort.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hourly wage: $20 to $25, depending on experience
• Benefits include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and generous vacation time

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist construction management with assorted projects related to building and maintenance
• Arrange tools, materials, and job sites systematically
• Complete assigned daily duties diligently
• Lift and transport heavy materials as required
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Work well both independently and collaboratively within team settings

Candidate Profile

• Self-driven and possesses a strong commitment to work
• Proactive and takes initiative without needing constant supervision
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Physically capable of handling heavy lifting and working outdoors
• Prior basic construction or handyman experience is desirable
• Ownership of personal tools is considered an advantage
