Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operator to efficiently manage data related to production, inventory, dispatch, purchase, and sales processes. The role is crucial for maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with multiple departments, and generating timely reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine data entry tasks encompassing production, inventory, dispatch, purchase, and sales information.
- Update and maintain records using ERP, Management Information Systems (MIS), Tally, and Excel platforms.
- Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to assist management decision-making.
- Handle billing, invoicing, challan creation, and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries accurately.
- Maintain precise stock records and track material movement including inward and outward entries.
- Liaise effectively with production, store, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth data flow and operations.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data and documentation in line with company standards.
- Manage office tasks such as email correspondence, printing, scanning, and filing of critical documents.
- Assist in audit processes by providing necessary data and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all job functions.
