Overview
We are urgently hiring for a Computer Operations position based in Bankura Town, West Bengal. This is a full-time, in-house back office role focused on managing and overseeing computer systems and related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep daily records and updates of system operations and activities.
- Manage and update the customer database systematically.
- Log and track customer complaints on a daily basis for quality service management.
- Enforce security protocols to safeguard computer systems and sensitive data.
Qualifications
Applicants must have completed at least Higher Secondary (HS) education; graduates and above are also eligible.
Additional Information
- Monthly Salary: INR 10,000 to 12,000
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day with Sundays off
- Location: Bankura Town
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
