About the Role

Hire Feed is seeking skilled language professionals for a remote Communication Specialist position focused on training and evaluating AI language models. This part-time contract opportunity offers complete flexibility to work from home on your own schedule, making it suitable for writers, teachers, translators, tutors, linguists, or other language experts.

Key Responsibilities

Assess AI-generated text for quality, correctness, and fluency
Create brief prompts and inventive responses to train AI language systems
Rank and compare AI outputs based on established evaluation standards
Provide detailed written feedback regarding language quality

Qualifications

Fluency in your native language and English
Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in humanities, language, or writing disciplines
Professional exposure to language-related work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotation
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to evaluation protocols
Experience in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI content review is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits
