Collection & Claims Specialist

Overview

This position aims to uphold high operational standards throughout the entire cash collection and claims handling process. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to finalize outstanding invoices, address claims, resolve disagreements, and balance account statements. Coordination with logistics and sales departments is essential to manage pending tasks, identify risks, and handle bad debts. This role is part of a team committed to impactful work benefiting both people and the environment.

Main Duties

• Conduct precise and prompt analysis and resolution of claims with customers.
• Maintain compliant and balanced customer accounts through reconciliation.
• Manage open financial items and aged balances to address disputes or collection-related risks.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams across departments.
• Participate in monthly meetings with the cash & claims team and leadership to discuss ongoing actions, potential opportunities, and emerging risks.

Required Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or supply chain management.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in accounts receivable, collections, or claims management.
• Membership in SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants).
• Proficient in key information systems, including Excel and SAP.
• Exceptional communication skills that are both effective and adaptable.

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage unexpected issues efficiently.
• Strong business insight combined with a drive for high performance.
