Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient CNC Programmer skilled at coding, tool setup, and working within tight tolerance parameters. The ideal candidate thrives on machining challenges, optimizes cycle times, and takes pride in transforming raw materials into precision-engineered components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and set up CNC milling and lathe programs.
• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings accurately.
• Support punch and laser production operations as required.
• Manufacture precise, high-quality components.
• Identify and diagnose machining problems while enhancing production processes.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in a relevant CNC programming role.
• Background in sheetmetal work or fabrication industries.
• Competent in reading and understanding technical schematics and drawings.
• Highly organized, detail-conscious, and solution-driven.

Additional Assets

• Experience with CAD/CAM software and/or formal qualifications in CAD design are advantageous.
