About the Company
Join a precision engineering firm with three decades of expertise specializing in toolmaking, manufacturing engineering, and high-precision machining. The company supports various sectors such as medical devices, robotics, and original equipment manufacturing (OEM).
Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines, including Hurco, XYZ, and Doosan models.
- Set up CNC machines and validate machining programs.
- Optimize machine operations for maximum efficiency.
- Design and fabricate custom work holding fixtures.
- Complete first article inspection reports following quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and Quality Engineer to maintain consistent product quality.
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification in engineering or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in CNC programming and machine setting within a similar engineering environment.
