Role Overview
As a Clinical Technology Specialist, you will ensure the effective use of cutting-edge surgical equipment. We provide thorough training to develop your expertise and confidence.
Primary Duties
- Prepare and operate surgical technology, offering technical support to surgeons and staff before and during procedures.
- Conduct preoperative checks, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Transport surgical equipment to various healthcare sites, involving daily driving and occasional overnight travel.
- Adhere to safe practices in vehicle operation, workplace safety, and laser safety protocols.
- Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate professional relationships with team members and healthcare partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Flexible availability accommodating early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight travel when required.
- Professional attitude and cooperative team spirit.
- Ability to fulfill credentialing conditions at medical facilities, including immunizations.
- Basic proficiency with computers and smartphones.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license without major violations.
- Physical ability to handle medical equipment weighing over 50 pounds and to frequently bend, stoop, sit, or stand for extended periods.

Preferred Experience
