Role Overview

The Clinical Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Commure's solutions among enterprise healthcare clients. This involves leading implementation projects from initiation through to steady-state operations, managing a team of implementation specialists, and maintaining critical relationships with strategic clients. The position is fully remote but requires up to 50% travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead activation projects for new enterprise clients, overseeing all phases from kickoff to go-live and ongoing support.
Establish and refine standardized implementation processes and best practices across the company.
Develop detailed implementation plans aligned with client goals and schedules.
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams including IT, clinical, and administrative personnel.
Customize and configure Commure’s product suite to fit specific customer workflows and needs.
Create custom operational dashboards and tools using Retool to support implementations and monitor key metrics.
Construct and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows for tracking progress.
Write SQL queries and scripts to analyze client adoption and usage data.
Design and deliver tailored training for users across providers, staff, and administrators.
Define and monitor KPIs to assess implementation success.
Build automated reporting to track implementation status and outcomes.
Maintain and nurture executive-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
Document implementation procedures and continuously improve processes.
Work in partnership with Product and Engineering to resolve technical issues encountered during implementation.
Drive ongoing enhancement of implementation methodologies based on performance metrics and stakeholder input.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of three years experience in SaaS or healthcare technology roles involving implementations.
Proficient in basic data analysis utilizing SQL and familiar with data visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
Strong project management capabilities able to juggle multiple strategic implementations simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills suited to stakeholder engagement.
Experience with large-scale change management and enterprise stakeholder involvement.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% depending on client and site needs.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic health record systems, particularly Epic.
Experience working with low-code development platforms, with Retool preferred.
Competency in basic JavaScript and SQL for implementation customization.
Background in clinical documentation or medical scribing processes.

Compensation

This position offers a salary range from $80,000 to $95,000 annually.
