Its flagship product, Zenara Assess, aids clinicians with preparing structured clinical information before patient appointments to maximize time spent on patient care rather than data gathering. Zenara emphasizes supporting clinicians without replacing clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.
Role Overview
We seek a compassionate, articulate Clinical Concierge to assist psychiatrists and mental health clinicians in successfully onboarding and utilizing Zenara Assess. This role is characterized by providing high-trust concierge support rather than sales or call-center functions. You'll interact with busy, professional users, guiding them through onboarding calls, follow-ups, and answering mild inbound queries, ensuring seamless support and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct brief 15-minute Microsoft Teams onboarding video calls with new users, welcoming and orienting them, providing guided demos using scripts, answering common workflow questions, and logging call notes.
- Follow up through light outbound calls or messages after initial report completions to verify report clarity, assess value, resolve confusion, encourage continued use, and collect user feedback.
- Assist users in understanding Zenara Assess workflows while reassuring them, clarifying product scope, and communicating feedback to the Zenara team to enhance the product and onboarding experience.
- Provide light inbound call support during the afternoon coverage window, addressing inquiries within your knowledge, routing complex issues appropriately, returning missed calls if needed, and documenting all interactions.
- Maintain detailed, structured notes after each call or interaction to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity for the team.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a warm, calm, and clear communication style on video and phone calls, capable of engaging psychiatrists and mental health professionals credibly but naturally without sounding scripted or stiff.
- Strong organizational skills to accurately log notes and track follow-ups.
- Comfortable with video conferencing tools, phone systems, and basic software.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Availability to reliably cover a consistent 4-hour US afternoon window (typically 1pm-5pm ET or 10am-2pm PT) Monday through Friday, with flexibility to increase hours as needed.
- Preferred backgrounds include nursing, psychology, social work, behavioral health, care coordination, psychiatric practice administration, medical office assistance, healthcare SaaS/customer success, or relevant current studies.
- A suitable remote work environment with reliable high-speed internet, a quiet space, webcam, headset or clear audio device, and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues independently.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This part-time contract position primarily covers a daily 4-hour shift Monday to Friday during US afternoon hours, supporting onboarding, follow-up, and limited inbound calls. Expected hourly pay ranges from $28 to $35 based on experience, approximating $2,400 to $3,000 per month at around 20 hours weekly. Hours might expand in response to call volume growth.
Training and Success Metrics
Comprehensive training is provided covering Zenara Assess, demo delivery, handling user inquiries, scope limitations, escalation processes, note-taking, and effective communication strategies. Success will be measured by users receiving helpful onboarding, timely follow-ups, clear understanding of Assess benefits, accurate feedback collection, prompt inbound call handling, and consistently warm, non-sales interactions with smooth handoffs among team members.
