Role Overview

We seek a confident and professional Client Outreach and Customer Relations Officer to expand our clientele by identifying potential customers, engaging them through professional communication, managing follow-ups, and nurturing strong client relationships. The position supports our operations in Ghana and the United States and offers a remote or hybrid work arrangement for candidates based in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to find potential business prospects
Reach out to prospects via phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Present and explain KD3 Tech Consult’s service offerings to prospective clients
Perform timely follow-ups with interested businesses to advance engagement
Schedule qualified demonstrations for client evaluation
Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients
Update lead databases and compile progress reports regularly
Assist with managing ongoing customer relationships

Candidate Profile

Strong confidence and articulate communication skills
Professional and polished in all forms of communication
Organized and diligent in maintaining consistent outreach efforts
Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails
Skilled at fostering and maintaining client relationships
Capable of working autonomously and taking initiative
Genuine interest in business growth, customer service, and technology
