Cleaning Operative

Overview of the Role

Work shifts vary Monday to Saturday, either from 6am to 9am or 12pm to 3pm, adjusted to meet business demands. On Sundays, shifts are from 10am to 1pm or 12pm to 3pm.

Key Duties

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene aligned with management directives.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment responsibly.
• Foster positive relationships with clients at contracted sites.
• Quickly address queries or any client concerns.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management within reason.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Right to Work in the UK is essential.
• Previous experience in cleaning roles preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication skills and ability to relate well with others.
