About the Role

This role involves working a 4 on 2 off shift schedule with two early shifts from 6am to 3pm followed by two late shifts from 11am to 8pm, providing coverage every day of the year. Responsibilities include tidying workspaces, maintaining cleanliness of floors and communal areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying bins among other tasks. Interaction with customers is possible, so assisting them when needed is part of the role. Adherence to health and safety protocols is essential, including completing records and attending trainings as required.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and must successfully undergo pre-employment checks including a five-year employment reference verification. Prior experience in cleaning is advantageous, as is the ability to work in a team and pay close attention to detail to ensure thorough completion of tasks. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise responsibilities is also necessary.
