About the Role

Royal York Property Management is a leading property management company in Canada, overseeing thousands of residential rental units across Ontario. We seek dependable, detail-focused cleaners to join our expanding team of cleaning experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough move-in and move-out cleans for residential rental properties
• Perform detailed turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and houses
• Carry out regular housekeeping services in occupied residences when needed
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and shared surfaces comprehensively
• Handle detailed cleaning including baseboards, interiors of cabinets, and appliances
• Use a mobile application for job assignments, instructions, GPS navigation, photo uploads, and status updates
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or areas unsuitable for cleaning
• Travel independently to cleaning sites using own vehicle

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience
• Ability to perform move-in/move-out cleaning and routine housekeeping tasks
• Own a reliable vehicle for transportation and carrying cleaning materials
• Possess personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning jobs
• Have a compatible smartphone capable of running mobile work apps with GPS, photo taking, instructions reading, and job status updates
• Skilled at cleaning detailed areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Comfortable working independently while adhering to cleaning protocols
• Basic English communication abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-verified arrival times
