Role Overview

This position is for a full-time Civil Engineer based onsite in Doha, Qatar. The selected professional will manage and coordinate daily operations related to road and associated infrastructure projects. Key duties include conducting site inspections, overseeing the progress of construction activities, and ensuring projects meet design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols. The role also involves preparing and assessing engineering designs and drawings, aiding in project planning and scheduling, and collaborating closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to troubleshoot technical challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in road construction or infrastructure projects, ideally within Qatar or the GCC region.
• Familiarity with local laws, safety regulations, and standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments, paired with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Readiness to work on-site in Doha with flexibility to adapt to varying project schedules and field conditions.
• A valid driving license is essential.
• Candidates must be willing to undergo sponsorship transfer as required.
