Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chopstix Manager with overseeing day-to-day restaurant functions, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service delivery.
• Support sales initiatives by contributing towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Inspire and motivate staff through effective leadership, setting attainable goals and promoting strong communication.
• Maintain compliance with Chopstix standards, operational policies, and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
