Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chinese Chef to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a diverse range of main course Chinese dishes with proficiency in wok cooking techniques, especially for rice and noodle dishes. This role includes managing ingredient inventory and ensuring that all dishes meet the taste standards established by our Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all varieties of main course items typical to Chinese cuisine.
- Execute wok-based cooking methods for rice and noodle dishes.
- Oversee stock inventory and manage ingredient supplies.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of dishes meet the Head Chef's taste specifications.
