Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team during a pivotal phase of international expansion. This role transcends traditional CFO duties focused on compliance and reporting, requiring a commercially savvy leader who collaborates closely with the CEO to influence strategic direction and drive business growth internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to craft and execute Foodhub's long-term strategy across multiple global markets.
• Offer commercial analysis that informs major business decisions and supports market expansion efforts.
• Develop and implement the company's global financial strategy, balancing growth ambitions with disciplined financial management.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and investment evaluations to facilitate sound commercial ventures and organizational scaling.
• Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, audit processes, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks across all regional operations.
• Manage budgeting, performance metrics, and profitability analysis to optimize company-wide operational results.
• Administer treasury functions, capital management, banking relations, and ensure financial robustness amid international expansion.
• Drive mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, financial evaluation, integration, and identifying strategic opportunities.
• Advance finance systems through AI, automation, and data-driven methods to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and grow a world-class global finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
