Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets management, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure adherence to tax laws, statutory reporting obligations, and internal financial policies.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities efficiently.
- Monitor organizational cash flow, control budgets, and analyze financial performance metrics.
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits and address any audit findings promptly.
- Design and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting personnel to ensure optimal performance and continual professional growth.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts to aid strategic planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within accounting procedures and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with management by delivering insightful financial analysis and practical recommendations to support business decisions.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are desirable.
- Saudi Certified Public Accountant (SCBA) accreditation preferred.
- At least 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, including a minimum of 3 years in supervisory or managerial capacities.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
