Chemical Engineer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to serve as an AI Trainer, specializing in advancing AI chatbot capabilities in the field of chemistry. Your primary function will involve assessing AI chatbot responses to complex chemistry-related inquiries, analyzing their logic, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the quality of AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with challenging chemistry problems.
• Critically assess the AI-generated outputs for accuracy and logical consistency.
• Monitor and measure the improvement of AI model performance over time.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in chemistry, including areas such as general, organic, and physical chemistry.
• Relevant experience in roles like Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, or Process Development Chemist.
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual proficiency level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Preference given to candidates with a current, ongoing, or completed Master's degree and/or PhD in relevant fields, although this is not mandatory.

Contract and Payment Details

• This is an independent contractor opportunity limited to applicants residing in Canada.
• You will have the flexibility to select your projects and determine your work schedule.
• Work can be performed from your own computer in the comfort of your home.
• Compensation is hourly, commencing at 40 USD per hour, with potential bonus payments depending on the project.
• Payments are processed via PayPal, which also handles currency conversions. No fees or payments will be requested from you.
