Job Overview

The Change Management Partner will be instrumental in driving transformational initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), executive leadership, and cross-functional groups, this role ensures effective design, execution, and maintenance of change management strategies to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute detailed change management plans based on ADKAR methodology, covering all stages from discovery to long-term sustainment.
  • Evaluate each project’s complexity and stakeholder environment to tailor change support accordingly.
  • Detect potential adoption risks and resistance early, devising proactive mitigation plans aligned with overall project schedules.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to communicate change impacts and readiness, customizing approaches to the audience.
  • Design and implement targeted communication strategies reaching all impacted employees, from frontline personnel to leadership.
  • Partner with EPMO project managers and HDT leads to integrate change milestones into governance and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct impact and readiness analyses, summarizing insights into actionable strategies and presenting risks to governance bodies.
  • Continuously monitor adoption metrics throughout project life cycles and adapt change plans dynamically in response to evolving conditions.
  • Ensure readiness issues are flagged before go-live and maintain transparent status reporting with EPMO and business owners.
  • Develop role-focused training materials for projects and collaborate with Learning & Development on content and logistics.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and propose training interventions to overcome adoption barriers.
  • Work alongside business leaders to incorporate reinforcement techniques that sustain changes after implementation.
  • Lead post-implementation monitoring and transition ownership to business units with clear sustainability documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Prosci certification is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in change management or related disciplines, particularly in leading complex, cross-functional transformations.
  • Experience within project governance or EPMO-managed environments preferred.
  • Background in healthcare or regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Possession or eligibility for a valid driver’s license meeting company safety standards.
