Role Purpose
The Change Administrator will oversee the change management activities throughout the construction phase of a significant phosphate EPCM project. This role encompasses coordinating, monitoring, and reporting every change request, ensuring proper documentation, thorough evaluation, and communication aligned with project controls, contractual guidelines, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete change management workflow for construction-related modifications.
- Receive, log, and track Change Requests, Notices, and Orders systematically.
- Ensure prompt review and approval of change requests following defined procedures.
- Maintain and regularly update the Change Register.
- Work closely with cost and planning teams to incorporate changes into budgets, forecasts, and timelines.
- Assist in commercial and contractual evaluations of change orders in collaboration with contract and administrative teams.
- Generate periodic reports detailing change activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant academic credentials in a related discipline.
- Proven experience in change management or project controls on large EPCM or EPC projects.
- Desirable experience includes mining, mineral processing, or industrial projects, with phosphate sector expertise considered advantageous.
