Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and supplier engagement.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and perform spend and risk analyses.
• Implement procurement optimization strategies and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards.
• Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage sourcing activities via ERP systems.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with specialization in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Proficiency with procurement and sourcing tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
• Strong skills in supplier negotiations, spend analytics, and contract management.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Eligibility

Open to graduates holding any bachelor’s degree or B.B.A. / B.M.S. degrees in Supply Chain Management.
