Role Overview

This entry-level, full-time Casting & Production Assistant position supports the casting team primarily by sourcing models, developing presentation decks, and managing talent contracts and bookings. The role may also require occasional assistance with production logistics and on-set tasks for the production team. This position is based in New York City with flexibility to work from home.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively
• Keen interest in beauty model casting processes
• Strong attention to detail coupled with problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in casting is advantageous
• Familiarity with the beauty industry is preferred
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Media Production, Television and Digital Media (TVDM), Communications, or a related field
