Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload comprising both work-related and non-work-related injury claims.
• Collaborate closely with clients, injured employees, healthcare practitioners, and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) to coordinate effective rehabilitation plans.
• Drive positive outcomes by supporting timely and sustainable return-to-work initiatives.
