Job description
Job Overview
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #729 located in Bardstown, KY, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a positive first and last impression of our store. Your duties will include collecting shopping carts from the parking areas, operating equipment to transport carts from outside to inside the store, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the carts throughout your shift. This role requires maintaining a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
Compensation Details
The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14 to $27, with the rate guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the location. Additionally, employees may receive performance-based incentives on an annual or quarterly basis. Under certain conditions, premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may also be awarded, depending on factors like schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. Multiple premiums can be applied if criteria are satisfied.

This is a full-time role with available shifts during opening and morning hours at Walmart Supercenter #729, located at 3795 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004.
