Position Summary

The role of the Cart Attendant at our Walmart Supercenter in Dawsonville, GA, is crucial in creating a positive shopping experience by ensuring customers encounter clean and orderly carts from start to finish. This involves retrieving carts from the parking areas, operating necessary equipment to transport carts indoors, and maintaining their cleanliness under various weather conditions with a proactive, upbeat approach.

Compensation and Work Details

• Hourly pay ranging from $14 to $27, ensuring compliance with the minimum wage requirements of the location.
• Performance-based incentives on an annual or quarterly basis.
• Additional hourly premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 may be awarded depending on work schedule, facility, season, or particular tasks performed, with the possibility to combine multiple premiums if criteria are met.
• Employment type is full-time with shifts available mid-shift and closing.
