Candidate Consultant / Tech-Recruiter (m/w/d)

Overview

The role focuses on guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey alongside experienced colleagues, embedding the recruiter deeply into the tech landscape. You will independently develop and manage a personal candidate pool while actively sourcing and headhunting suitable talent. Conducting candidate interviews and managing the pre-recruitment process are key tasks, aiming to achieve successful placements in coordination with sales partners. Building and maintaining long-term relationships within the tech expert community is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment and placement workflow collaboratively with senior team members
• Continuously enhance recruiting skills and gain comprehensive insight into the technology sector
• Independently establish and maintain a portfolio of candidates, handling their engagement autonomously
• Identify and attract relevant candidates using active sourcing and headhunting techniques
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate fit for client requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates during the pre-recruitment stages, coordinating closely with sales team members
• Foster enduring networks with relevant technology professionals

Requirements

• Initial experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or talent management, preferably within technology or digital sectors
• Strong communication abilities with fluent German proficiency at C1 level
• Confident demeanor, resilience in handling setbacks, persistence, determination, and reliability
• Motivation to achieve personal targets and enjoy challenging goals
• Embraces constructive feedback as a mechanism for ongoing growth
