Call Centre Operator

Role overview

Autoleague is seeking a confident and driven Call Centre Operator to work from Midland, Western Australia. The position focuses on outbound customer contact, helping motorists arrange scheduled servicing, strengthening existing relationships, and supporting customer retention goals. You will contribute directly to booking outcomes and the overall service experience.

What you will do

• Reach out by phone to existing customers listed in the database.
• Arrange bookings for routine vehicle servicing.
• Respond to objections in a calm, professional, and persuasive manner.
• Develop rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Work toward booking and retention targets.
• Keep customer details and follow-up actions accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with the service team to deliver a smooth customer journey.

What we are looking for

• Strong spoken communication and telephone handling ability.
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and relationship building.
• Confidence in managing objections and offering practical solutions.
• A results-oriented approach with motivation to earn commission.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to contribute positively in a lively team setting.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centres, sales, or the automotive sector is helpful but not required.

Schedule and compensation

This is a Monday to Friday position with no weekend or public holiday work. The role offers a base salary together with uncapped commission linked to booking performance and conversions.
