Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Deliver fast, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety policies, documenting daily records accurately.
• Implement the first in, first out (FIFO) method for stock rotation to ensure freshness.
• Manage delivery acceptance and ensure proper food storage.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures diligently.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items faithfully following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure high standards and product availability throughout operating hours.
• Address customer complaints effectively and communicate issues to management.
• Remain informed of business updates and initiatives.
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment.

Additional Information
