Key Responsibilities

• Serve as product owner and main business systems analyst for the Certinia PSA platform supporting the Global Consulting division.
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features and enhancements that align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Collect, document, and refine business requirements through engagement with stakeholders, translating them into user stories and functional specs for development.
• Collaborate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review with development and QA teams.
• Create and execute test plans for new features and system modifications, coordinating user acceptance testing with relevant business parties.
• Communicate roadmaps, release schedules, and system change impacts clearly across all organizational levels.
• Partner with Global Consulting leaders to identify and implement process improvements ensuring the PSA platform evolves with business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Certinia PSA, advising on system capabilities, best practices, and configuration.
• Investigate and resolve Tier 2 production issues related to FinancialForce (Certinia) or Salesforce.
• Assist in documentation and providing data for internal and external audits.

Working Environment

You will be part of the Business Operations team within the COO organization, bridging technology and consulting operations. This cross-functional role involves daily collaboration with consulting leadership, project managers, operations teams, and Salesforce/Certinia developers and administrators to implement solutions that support scalable and efficient consulting business processes.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, or product owner in enterprise application environments.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including data model, configuration, and related ecosystem expertise.
• Background in professional services or consulting operations with understanding of resource management, billing, utilization, and time tracking.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, author clear user stories, and lead delivery within agile or iterative frameworks.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Certinia PSA or similar Professional Services Automation platforms is advantageous.
• Demonstrates initiative, strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
• Experience navigating multiple stakeholder groups within global matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
