Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who will convert business and product data into actionable insights. This role involves developing dashboards, scrutinizing trends, and generating reports that reveal product usage, customer behaviors, and overall business performance. Collaborating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership teams, you will support data-driven decision-making through precise reporting and analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, and business performance metrics.
• Evaluate product utilization, client behavior patterns, and commercial outcomes.
• Deliver tailored reports for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Track vital performance indicators and recognize relevant trends.
• Assist with forecasting, strategic planning, and business reviews through detailed data analysis.
• Partner with Product teams to assess feature uptake and customer involvement.
• Prepare custom analyses to address specific business inquiries.
• Enhance reporting methodologies, documentation, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure dependable reporting mechanisms.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Competence in developing dashboards using BI tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to articulate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience handling extensive datasets and analyzing performance indicators.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Aptitude for collaborative work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
• Background in product analytics or understanding SaaS metrics.
• Knowledge of CRM systems or customer lifecycle analytics.
• Experience contributing to forecasting or executive-level reporting.
